Element One: location Find a place at home that generates a positive feeling for you. Consider this: there should be a wall that is at your back, because this environment gives you a strong feeling of protection.
Element Two: focus on having your eyes look upward You can use a view of nature, objects or photos that you treasure as the focal point. It needs to be above eye level as you look at it. Research has shown that it is easier to be positive when you are looking upward. Did you know that our eyes and brain respond to beautiful sweeping views of nature? And the result!
